We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join our team in a unique mentorship development role. Working with the Lead Pastor and a volunteer youth ministry team for 8-10 hours per week, this position focuses on recruiting, training and supporting volunteer mentors who will engage with youth.  The successful candidate will build and lead a team of mentors who share our commitment to authenticity, diversity, and transformation in the lives of young people."
